    Olini Beet Kvass is a ruby-red, lightly sparkling fermented beetroot juice with a tangy, subtly spiced flavour, made using a traditional fermentation method. No added sugar and no preservatives - great for everyday drinking and as a base for soups and chilled beetroot soup, suitable for the whole family, including children from 1 year of age.

    About the product

    Olini Beet Kvass is made using a traditional fermentation method, with the addition of Kłodawa rock salt, bay leaf, allspice and garlic. The product is unpasteurised, free from preservatives and artificial colours - its intense, ruby-red colour comes naturally from the fermentation process.

    This is a live product - fermentation continues over time, so it may be lightly sparkling and can develop a natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle. The flavour is tangy and slightly salty, with clearly noticeable spices, while the aroma combines a sour note with bay leaf and allspice.

    Intended use

    Olini Beet Kvass works well as an everyday drink and as a base for soups - chilled beetroot soup or traditional red borscht. The manufacturer recommends it for pregnant women, children from 1 year of age and adults.

    How to use

    1. Drink chilled - high temperature reduces the qualities of the ferment.
    2. Children from 1 year of age: 1-2 tablespoons daily; from 2 years of age: 4-5 tablespoons or more.
    3. Adults: around half a glass daily.
    4. Also use to prepare soups - chilled beetroot soup or red borscht.

    Storage

    Store in the fridge at around 4-10°C, both before and after opening. Do not shake the bottle before opening - the product is live and may be lightly effervescent, and strong chilling reduces fizziness.
