Applied Nutrition Body Fuel Flapjack in blueberry flavour is an oat bar enriched with a protein blend — combining the tried-and-tested flapjack format with macronutrients tailored to an active lifestyle. The base consists of wholegrain oats and oat flour, which provide complex carbohydrates and natural fibre. The protein blend of hydrolysed wheat protein and soya protein isolate complements the amino acid profile and supports the maintenance of muscle mass. The whole bar is partially coated in white chocolate with a sweetener (maltitol) and topped with freeze-dried raspberries, which give it a fruity character without artificial fruit flavourings.

One serving (1 bar, 40 g) provides approx. 8 g of protein, 15 g of carbohydrates and 5 g of fibre. The product contains sweeteners (maltitol, sucralose) — excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
