The product contains inositol in the form of a mixture of the most easily absorbed isomers myo and D-chiro with added vitamin B6. The product contains no unnecessary additives or fillers, is gluten-free, soy-free and lactose-free, and is suitable for vegans.

I strongly do not recommend Medpak.
I did not receive my parcel - it was "allegedly" sent by GLS. The order number appeared, but GLS officially confirmed that the parcel was not transferred to them and is not tracked.
After numerous appeals, Medpak promised to refund the money. The payment was made via Apple Pay, but a day has passed - the money has not been returned. They are not responding to my messages at all now.
At this point:
• the parcel is lost,
• where it is - unknown,
• the money has not been returned,
• there is no communication from Medpak.
This is extremely unprofessional, especially for a site that sells medical drugs. I do not recommend ordering here - neither delivery, nor responsibility.

After receiving information about the problem, we immediately initiated a complaint procedure with the carrier. The shipment was handed over for transport, and GLS confirmed its receipt on January 9. Until you reported the problem, we had not received any prior information about delivery difficulties.

At the same time, we processed the refund. In the case of Apple Pay payments, the time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on banking procedures and usually takes several business days — unfortunately, we are unable to speed up this process.

We assure you that we handled the matter with due diligence and that all actions were taken immediately after the problem was reported.
