Vitaler's Sport Isotonic Drink in lemon-lime flavour is a powder in 22 g sachets, and one sachet dissolves in 500 ml of water. Each serving provides 18 g of glucose, sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, vitamins B1, B3, B5, B6 and B12, vitamin C, zinc, chromium and 300 mg of taurine. Vitamin C, magnesium, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.

About the product

Glucose is the source of carbohydrates here (72 kcal per serving), while sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium are the electrolytes we lose through sweat. Calcium, magnesium, thiamin, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Directions for use

Dissolve the contents of one sachet (22 g) in 500 ml of water. Use as needed, no more than once a day.

Best consumed before, during or after physical activity.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not intended for people with kidney disease, insulin-resistant diabetes, high blood pressure or heart rhythm disorders. Do not use in case of kidney stones. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
