Olimp Blackweiler Shred is an orange-flavoured pre-workout dietary supplement in powder form for physically active adults and professional athletes (contains caffeine, not recommended for children and pregnant women). One serving (6 g) provides 100 mg of caffeine, 1100 mg of beta-alanine, 500 mg of L-citrulline and 1100 mg of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, together with extracts of wasabi, cocoa, ginger, green tea, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Niacin and thiamin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Directions for use

Take 1-3 servings daily about 30 minutes before training.

Dissolve 1 serving (6 g = ½ scoop) in 100 ml of water. Mix 2 servings (12 g = 1 level scoop) or 3 servings (18 g = 1½ scoops) with 200 ml or 300 ml of water respectively. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Contraindications

For physically active adults and professional athletes only. Not recommended for children and pregnant women. Do not use during breastfeeding, during existing or planned pregnancy, or if you have cardiovascular disease (e.g. high blood pressure) or diabetes, or in case of individual intolerance to any of the ingredients.

Precautions

This product contains caffeine: 100 mg per 1 serving (6 g), 200 mg per 2 servings (12 g), 300 mg per 3 servings (18 g). Do not take it together with other products containing caffeine (e.g. other dietary supplements, coffee, tea, chocolate) or with products containing synephrine (dietary supplements). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources. Do not take the product immediately before going to sleep. Do not consume alcohol.

Taking the product may cause mild tingling or numbness. This is a temporary sensation typical of beta-alanine. To avoid the symptoms, take no more than one serving (6 g). In case of undesirable side effects, in particular feeling unwell, anxiety or heart palpitations, which may occasionally occur especially with the 300 mg caffeine serving (18 g), stop using the product.

Storage

Keep out of the reach of young children. Caking of the product does not affect its quality.
