Suggested use:

Dissolve 37 g in a water bottle with 500 ml of water.

Take before exercise, approximately 500 ml of liquid (1 hour before exercise).

During exercise, approximately 1000 ml (for every hour of exercise).

After exercise, more than 500 ml of liquid (up to two hours after exercise).
