How to use:

• Wash and sterilise the containers, lids and spoon before first use.
• Fill the container with food or milk, leaving a small space from the top (especially when freezing).

• Seal the container tightly with the lid.
• Store in the fridge or freezer according to food storage recommendations:
  Fresh breast milk: up to 5 days in the fridge.
  Frozen breast milk: up to 6 months in the freezer.
  Homemade purees: according to the storage rules for different products.
• To heat the contents:
  You can use a bottle warmer or a water bath.
  If you use a microwave, remove the lid.
