    Suggested use:

    For the first few days, consume half the recommended daily dose to allow your body to adapt.

    Daily dose - 12 g (1 scoop).

    Dissolve 12 g of the product (1 scoop) in 200 ml of water. Consume approximately 20 minutes before training.

    Consuming single doses higher than the recommended daily dose without prior adaptation may cause gastrointestinal problems. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

    As a sports drink during training/competition, a maximum of three servings is recommended.

    If training/competition lasts longer than 2-3 hours, the manufacturer also recommends using Vitargo Electrolyte, especially in the first phase of exercise.

    Use/supplementation: the manufacturer recommends consuming 1 serving of the drink every hour during heavy training.
